A Cookie Lover's Saving Grace


Gluten free cookies are a great way to lose weight and enjoy sweets. Personally, I know that when I get home and eat dinner after a long day of work, I like to satisfy my sweet tooth. The thing is, I really need to lose some weight, and cookies aren’t the best way to do so. That’s why I’ve been indulging in Josef’s delicious treats.

These cookies are light and delicious. And did I mention that there are numerous varieties? There are chocolate and vanilla animal gluten free cookies, square wheat free cookies of the chocolate, vanilla and cinnamon varieties, and Crème Sandwich O’s also come in chocolate, vanilla or cinnamon.

Oh cookies, when I’m lonely and I need someone to help me, you’re there. When I’m sad and I’ve got the blues, you sing along. When I’m exhausted from a long work week, you soak my feet and give me a back massage (figuratively of course). What would I do without you?

If only I could restrict the rest of my diet to be gluten free. Unfortunately, some of my favorite foods are cornbread, pasta, and potatoes. Heavy, carby foods that make me pudgy. But hey, at least my dessert fix is satiated.
